Welcome from Mr Jeremy Southgate MBBS FRCS (Orth) EDHS, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with special interests in: hands, wrists, elbows and trauma.
Jeremy Southgate was educated at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham and trained in Medicine at The London Hospital Medical College in East London. He qualified in 1986. After junior hospital doctor posts at The London Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore he joined the Wessex regional orthopaedic training programme in Southampton. At the end of his senior registrar training he was appointed to a Fellowship in Sydney Hospital and St Luke’s Hospital Hand Unit in Australia for a year. In 1998 he was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to The Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
